WHAT INFORMATION DO WE GATHER?
When visiting the Site, you are required provide us with your name, email address, telephone number, physical address, as well as information regarding your style preferences in order to book a Wardrobe Consultation Appointment and use the Asteya Services. We also collect your preference regarding direct email marketing in the form of a Newsletter and to register interest in new Asteya Services. When you use our Services, some information may be automatically collected. For example, when you use our Services, your geographic location, how you use the Services, information about the type of device you use, your mobile network information, your Open Device Identification Number (“ODIN”), date/time stamps for your visit, your unique device identifier (“UDID”), and your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and domain name are all collected. This information is generally used to help us deliver the most relevant information to you and administer and improve the Services.
Booking Services. When you book a Wardrobe Consultation Appointment, our third party booking provider will collect your name, email, phone number, date, time, and location of the Appointment, and styling preferences. For online booking, we use the services of Acuity Scheduling ([https://acuityscheduling.com]). We collect and store the information that you provide to Acuity Scheduling.
Log Files. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to maintain and improve the performance of the Services.
Marketing Companies. We work with a number of companies that assist in marketing our services to you on third party websites. These companies may collect information about online activities conducted on a particular computer, browser or device over time and across third-party websites or online services for the purpose of delivering advertising that is likely to be of greater interest to you, on our sites and apps and those of third parties. Analytics Companies. We work with a number of third party analytics companies that collect information anonymously and report website trends without identifying individual visitors. These services allow us to view a variety of reports about how visitors interact with the Services so we can improve our website and understand how people find and navigate it.
Creation of Anonymous Data. We may create anonymous data records from personal information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use this anonymous data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance our Services and improve the Site. Financial Information. When you book an Appointment for the Services, our third party payment provider will collect payment and billing information in order to process the transaction. To keep your financial data secure, we do not store credit card information on our servers. For online payments, we use the payment services of Square ([https:// squareup.com]). We do not process, record, or maintain your credit card or bank account information. WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
You are required to provide personal information in certain fields in order to use the Asteya Services. The personal information we collect is used only for the purpose we state at the time of collection or for the purposes contained below. For example, our uses may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- We will use your information to process payments through third party providers and for appointment booking purposes.
- We may use your email address to contact you about new features on the Site, or to provide you with other information that is relevant to your use of the Asteya Services, including appointment confirmation and reminders.
- We may use your cell phone number to call or text you in order to provide you notifications about Services, for marketing purposes and to administer the Site. You may be liable for standard SMS and per-minute charges by your mobile carrier.
- We may use your information for internal record keeping purposes related to your use of the Asteya Services.
- We may use and share collected personally identifiable information with third-party vendors and service providers which whom Asteya works to provide application 2 programming interfaces (“APIs”) and other functions for the Sites in connection with the provision of Asteya Services.
- We, or our affiliates, may periodically send you promotional emails about new products or special offers, or other information which we believe may be of interest using the email address provided.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail.
- We may use your information to customize the website according to your interests.
- We may disclose your information to implement and enforce our Terms of Service.

We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of all individuals, especially the very young. Our Services are intended for United States audiences over the age of 18. We neither target nor sell our Services to children under the age of 13. We do not collect or maintain personal information from children we actually know are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits personal information to us and we learn that the personal information is the personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to remove the personal information from our databases.
